REMINDER: Exhibit space is not reserved until payment is received in full and the signed Exhibitor Rules & Regulations agreement is returned so if you have not done so already, please download the form below and return to Christine. Space is limited and subject to availability. 

Booth

Exhibitors will be notified of their space assignment by e- mail at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Single booths are 7’ x 7’
  • 8’ high back of a solid wall, panel wall or drape
  • Sides will be stanchion dividers
  • Choice of ONE: 6’ rectangle table; 36”Dx 30” H round cocktail table; 36”D x 42” H round hi-boy table or NO TABLE
  • Optional folding chair available
  • Wi-Fi access included

Electrical power at each booth can be ordered directly through the hotel by using the Electrical Services Order Form (below).The hotel prohibits the use of Audio Visual (AV) equipment brought in from outside the hotel with the exception of personal or company laptops (tablets/iPads are also acceptable), mouse for a laptop (wireless or wired) and a computer projector. Any and all other equipment must be rented through the hotel’s approved provider (order form below). The hotel also prohibits the use of furniture brought in from outside the hotel.

Individual Registration

Attendee registration (including complimentary attendee registration) is now available!

 

All Exhibitors and their representatives attending NYiDAY must register. Only paid attendees will be allowed on the show floor. Each Exhibitor receives one (1) complimentary registration; Super Exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary registrations. All additional attendees must pay to attend. 

Set-Up and Breakdown

Tentative set up hours: Friday October 14, 2016 from 7:00 am – 9:00 am.  

All Exhibitors are expected to be set up and ready for visitors at 9:00 am when the Show Flooropens. IIABNY will notify Exhibitors prior to the event with confirmed set up hours. 

Exhibitors are expected to have at least one representative in their exhibit space during Show Floor hours. During the 10:00 am – 11:15 am and 4:40 pm – 5:45 pm Keynote Speaker, the show floor will be closed and Exhibitors should not be engaged in activity at their booth during that time.

Removal of exhibits: No exhibit may be removed prior to the conclusion of the Keynote Speaker address. This will be strictly enforced. Exhibitors are responsible for repacking and shipping of their own exhibits as necessary directly through the shipping service of their choice and through the Hotel. All exhibit booths must be dismantled by 9:00 pm on Friday October 14, 2016.
